After coffee to Fish Creek for lunch via Korumbarra, Jumbumma, Wattle Bank, Inverloch and Middle Tarwin around 78k should arrive 12:30pm. After lunch to Tooradin our final stop via, Walkerville, Tarwin Lower, Inverloch and Cape Patterson. Around 140k expected ETA 3:00pm. To secure your seat please do one of the following: 1. Give your $11.00 to Barb, Phil or Chook by Saturday 15th June, and we’ll add you to the table, or - 2. You ring the Dandenong Workers Club on 9792 5064 and ask to be added to the Mornington Wanderers table (booked by Barb Matthews). They will ask for payment of the $11.00 over the phone, or - 3. You can just turn up and pay on the night but there’s no guarantee there will be seats available. CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST Venue: Pearcedale shops Category: MW Organized Ride Leaving Pearsdale at 10.30 am No stop for morning tea due to the later start. Heading to Neerim sth for lunch via Bayles, Labertouche and Jindivick. Heading home via 2 loops around Neerim east and Buln Buln before heading to Drouin and Lang Lang finishing at Tooradin for coffee or icecream at around 3pm Ride is 210klm long If weather is dogey i will shorten ride and loop home from Jindivick. A full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and a selection of desserts. No one goes home hungry after this. There will also be a Kris Kringle which gets everyone laughing and joining in. Lancefield ride Venue: Praecedale shops Category: MW Organized Ride Ron will take us to Lancefield for lunch via Yarra Glen for morning tea. The return will be via Blackwood and finishing at Todd Road service centre at the Westgate Bridge. The total distance is about 350km, thats 200km out and 150 back. Neerim South ride Venue: Pearcedale Shops Category: MW Organized Ride Leaving Pearcedale at 10:30am with no stop for morning tea due to the later start. Heading to Neerim South for lunch via Bayles, Labertouche and Jindivick, then heading home via two loops around Neerim East and Buln Buln before heading for Drouin and Lang Lang, finishing at Tooradin for coffee and/or ice-cream around 3pm. Ride distance is about 210km. If the weather is dodgy I'll shorten the ride and loop home from Jindivick. It's a more basic country ride with not a lot of Twisties. Koo-wee to Kilcunda wander Venue: Pearcedale shops Category: MW Organized Ride The last winter late start will take us through Koo-Wee-Rup and the meandering backroads to Korumburra for lunch. Then back through Loch and down to Kilcunda, Grantville and Kernot for more hilly bits before ending up at Tooradin. Total distance is only about 240km so most will do it on one tank.
